Anna Marie Pastin

Anna Marie Pastin, 97, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 21, 2022. A lifelong resident of McKees Rocks, Anna worked at Sto-Rox Schools and later went on to volunteer religiously at St. John of God pizza kitchen. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Pastin, brothers, Frank “Puffy”, John and Edward, as well as her beloved son, Robert.  

Anna, or Nana (nun-a) as she was called, is survived by her granddaughters, Jennifer (Brian) Hower, Megan (Christopher) Jakaitis, Molly Pastin and Marissa (fiancée Charles Jakaitis) Pastin, great-grandchildren Calandra, Christian and Sophie Jakaitis; she is also survived by many close cousins, nieces and nephews.  

Per Anna’s request there will be no visitation. Services will be at Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Monday at 11am. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15212. Additionally, the family would like to thank the staff at Little Sisters for the wonderful care they provided Anna.
