William Gene “Bill”

Age 87, a longtime resident of Kennedy Township, passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on Sunday, September 27, 2026.  Beloved husband of 67 years to Ruth Ann Snyder. Dear father of William (Karen) Snyder, Stephen (Fiancée Becky Quinn) Snyder, Dan (Erin Cavanaugh) Snyder, and the late Kathy Snyder and Lynn (surviving spouse John) Sicilia. Loving Grandfather of Jessie, Willie, Justin, Randy, Bobby, Julia, Josh, Jake, Jason, Ryan, and the late Billy. Also survived by multiple Great-grandchildren. Brother of Jane Snyder, Joyce Snyder, Jack (Pam) Snyder and the late Betty Gielata. Bill was also preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruth Snyder. Bill worked at Fesco Manufacturing, Clair Fiberglass Manufacturing, and Jessie Stewart Company for many years. He was a member of the 4H Club and the Forest Grove Sportsman Association. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road, McKees Rocks (Kennedy Township), PA 15136. The funeral service will be conducted in the Musmanno Chapel on Thursday morning at 10:00 am with Pastor Karl McDonald officiating. Burial will take place at Greene County Memorial Park in Waynesburg, PA.
