Teresa Marie (Fazio)
Age 84, Of Pittsburgh, formerly of McKees Rocks, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2020, due to heart failure.
A lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, Teresa was the youngest of 11 siblings. She is survived by her sister Dolly Fallon, son James Slaney and three daughters Debra Martin, Laurina McCabe and Janet Schons; five grandchildren Jennifer Kosarych, Robyn Fox, Janelle Ganley, Jamie Chambers and James Slaney, Jr. and six great grandchildren.
Family and Friends are welcome for visitation at the Kennedy Township location of the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Rd, McKees Rocks, (Kennedy Township) PA 15136 on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. A blessing service will be conducted in the Musmanno Chapel at 4:00pm. Teresa will be interred privately with her beloved husband Edward Kearns at Restland Memorial Park cemetery in Monroeville.
