Age 81 of Pittsburgh, Pa passed away peacefully on Thursday December 16, 2021 at his home.    
Dickie is survived by his 1992 Chevy Silverado that he admired dearly.  He dedicated 38 years of his life to Pepsi Cola Company. Left to cherish his memory is his lady friend Ruth Poelcher.
Richard was married to the late Judith A. (Fiore) Miller.  They share 5 daughters Lisa Miller, Denise (Robert) Waite, Michele (Donald Pond) Miller, Dana Argiro, and Renee (Dwayne) Canton.  He was  Pap Pap to 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  He is survived by his sister Suzanne M Burtt.  He was preceded in death by his mother Bernice Miller and his brothers Charles L. and Steven F. Miller.
He was always there when someone needed him. He lived life by stating I have no regrets.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony M. musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, (Kennedy Township) PA 15136.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to the American Cancer Society.
