Ralph D. Mattarochia

Ralph D. Mattarochia, age 71, of Emsworth, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022.  Born the son of the late Mary and Thomas Mattarochia.  Ralph is survived by his son, Brian, of Nashville, Tennessee, brother Tom and sister Judy of Pittsburgh and nieces and nephews.

Over the years he lived in many areas, including New York, Georgia, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, California, Wisconsin, Illinois and Nevada before moving back to Pittsburgh.  Although he lived outside of Pittsburgh for many years, he remained an avid sports fan of the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. 

Ralph graduated from Sto-Rox High School in 1968.  He was a member of the band and a talented musician.  He played the saxophone and guitar, but his love was his keyboard.  He played in several bands over his career, including Peter’s Pipers, The Sharon Tabor Band, and Tinsley Ellis, and wrote many beautiful songs.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, October 20,2022 at 6:00 p.m. for a prayer service at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home at 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, Pa 15136
