Age 67, of McKees Rocks, Pa passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

She was born on January 8, 1959. Nancy was a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and built a dedicated career as a manager at New York Life.

Nancy was known for her warmth, humor, and deep love for her family. She could often be found baking especially her beloved Christmas cheesecake enjoying time at the theater, playing Fortnite, traveling, playing with her nephews or showing up wholeheartedly for every family gathering. She had a gift for bringing people together and taught those around her to appreciate one another and to love deeply.

She is survived by her brothers, Tom, Ron (Jo), and David (Kim); her nieces, Katie, Stephanie (Andrew), and Erin; and her great-nephews, Francisco and Hunter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Stephanie Smigiel.

Family and Friends are welcome for visitation on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, Pa 15136. A Funeral service will be celebrated in the Musmanno Chapel on Wednesday morning at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in St. Adalbert Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hillman Cancer Center.

Nancy’s love lives on in the traditions she created, the laughter she shared, and the way she made everyone feel like family. The heart of our family feels different without her, but the love she gave so freely will continue to guide us. We will carry her with us—in our hearts, in our laughter, and in the way we show up for one another, just as she always did.
