Michael Joseph D'imperio

Age 98, of Brentwood, Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 20, 2019.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years Florence (Pirro) D'imperio. Beloved Father of Doreen D'imperio Booth.

Mike was a proud U.S. Navy veteran. After his honorable discharge from the Navy he worked at the B & O railroad while attending the University of Pittsburgh where he received a masters degree in education. For 38 years Mike taught Industrial Arts Metal Shop and was a coordinator at Carrick and Allderdice Schools. He retired from the Board of Education in 1987. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. All are welcome to attend a service on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at The chapel of Calvary Cemetery on Hazelwood Avenue. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. Stowe & Kennedy Twp.
