Mary T. DeMarco

Mary T. DeMarco, age 98, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2023, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Frank DeMarco, loving mother of Vincene Smith, Joseph (Karen) DeMarco, Angela (Jack) McGrogan, and the late Catherine DeMarco. Also, survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, her sister, Anna Fialkovich, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Raffaele and Caterina (Chiaromonte) Carleo and 5 siblings. Mary proudly worked at Mellon Bank for many years. She enjoyed cooking, trips to Kennywood, entertaining guests at her house, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She was involved in AARP, Silver Sneakers, and the Italian Club. She had a great sense of her Italian heritage and traveled to Italy to meet her distant cousin’s families. Friends and family are welcome on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, 941 McCoy Rd, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Mary. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be mailed to Caring Heights Nursing Home Residents, 234 Coraopolis Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
