Age 81, of Moon Township, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026, with her husband of 58 years
by her side. She is survived by her husband, Vincent J. Valicenti. She was preceded in death by her
parents, William G. and Ruth Weber, her sister Janet (Domenic) Chickini, and her brother William
(Margret) Weber. Marlene is survived by her sister-in-law Johanna (John) Treichler, beloved aunt of
James (Kimberly) Chickini, Chrissy (Bill) Fryer, William (Maria) Weber, Matthew (Rebekah) Tolino,
Kristen(RJ) Nelis, Michael (Lindsey) Tolino, great aunt of Jonathen and Rachael Chickini, Mara and Bill
Fryer, Adam, Matteo, Giuliana Weber, Maggie, Regis, David Nelis, Lilyanna, and Colin Tolino. Marlene
worked at Mellon Bank for many years, first as a teller and then ultimately as a district manager. She
enjoyed golfing, going to casinos, traveling to Deep Creek and Florida, cruises, playing cards, cooking,
watching the Food Channel, and meeting her friends at Montour Heights Country Club. She had a natural
talent for designing and constructing flower arrangements that adorned doors, windows, and homes.
She was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. There will be no viewing. A Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in St. Malachy Church,
Kennedy Township. A luncheon will follow at the Montour Heights Country Club.
