Age 83, of Kennedy Township passed away on Saturday October 28, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Joanne Sullivan. Dear father of Mark Sullivan, Kelly Sullivan and Kevin (Crystal) Sullivan. Grandfather of Alicia, Zachary, Rachel, Brooklyn, and Jonathan. Charles proudly served in the U.S. Army for 30 years and the Korean and Vietnam War.
