Kathleen M. (Christy) Scacchitti

  Kathleen "Kathy" Scacchitti, age 76  of Stowe Township, passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving husband Bernie and surrounded by family on Saturday January 21, 2023. 
  Beloved wife of 53 years to Bernard Scacchitti. Dear mother of Dianne (Tom) Pelkington and Trisha Scacchitti. Cherished grandmother of Morgan Scacchitti and Alex and Marc Pelkington. Preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Gertrude and brothers Kenneth"Billy" Christy and Robert "Bob" Christy (surviving Barb Christy). Survived by sisters Beverly (late Tom) Kosalec and Linda Yentsch. Survived by many nieces and nephews across the country. "Bestie" to Debby Sinkovic for 50 years and many other close friends. 
   Kathy was an avid antique collector who enjoyed her many outings with friends and family on the hunt for treasures. She spent many hours at WGS with friends selling her great finds and enjoying the company. Our family would like to thank the staff at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford for all their support and caring. Also thank you to our amazing families and many friends for the support along the way.
