Judith Eyler Obituary

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Judith Suzanne Eyler, lovingly known as Judy, on June 17, 2026, at the age of 55.

Judy was so much more than a mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother—she was the heart of her family. Her love was unconditional, her presence comforting, and her devotion to those she loved was unmatched. The world feels a little less bright without her in it.

Judy is survived by her beloved son, Raymond Reiss, daughter-in-law, Michele Reiss, her loving mother, Jackie Eyler, and her brothers, Donald and Bill. She also leaves behind the two greatest joys of her life, her cherished granddaughters, Ellie Reiss and Julia Reiss.

To Judy, being a grandmother was not just a title—it was her greatest purpose and deepest pride. Ellie and Julia were the light of her life, the reason for her biggest smiles, and the center of countless treasured moments. She loved them with every piece of her heart. Whether she was holding their hands, listening to their stories, sharing laughter, or simply watching them grow, Judy made sure they never doubted how deeply they were loved.

And they loved her just as fiercely.

The bond they shared was something truly special—a love that words can never fully capture. Her granddaughters knew her as a safe place, a source of comfort, and a constant presence in their lives. Though they are far too young to understand the depth of this loss today, they will grow up carrying pieces of her with them: in their memories, in the stories told by those who loved her, and in the countless ways her love helped shape who they become.

The pain of losing Judy is immeasurable. There are no words that can fill the space she leaves behind. Her family will forever miss the sound of her voice, the warmth of her hugs, her laughter, her guidance, and the simple comfort of knowing she was only a phone call away.

While our hearts are shattered, we find comfort in knowing that Judy’s love did not end with her passing. It lives on in her son, in her granddaughters, in the family she cherished, and in every life she touched with her kindness and compassion.

Some people leave footprints on our hearts that time can never erase. Judy was one of those people.

She was loved deeply, treasured completely, and will be missed every single day.

Until we meet again, we will carry your love with us.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever missed.
