Juanita E. Johns Chapman, age 94 passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. She was born on September 29, 1928 in Pittsburgh and was the beloved wife of the late Gene C. Chapman.

Juanita has many loved ones and is most immediately survived by her daughter, Gretchen (James C.) Fazio; and grandsons, James J. Fazio and Christopher J. Fazio.

Family and Friends will be received on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, 941 McCoy Road, Kennedy Township, PA 15136 from 12:00pm until time of Service at 6:00pm in the Musmanno Chapel.
