Joyce M. Black

Joyce M. Black age 75, of Kennedy Twp. passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, January 24, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late Edward Black III.

 Dear Mother of Ed (Karen) Black IV, Kathy (Kevin) Sheehy, Bob (Kristen) Black; Grandmother of 8 and Great-grandmother of 1.  Sister of the late, Lillian Lex and Robert Delenne.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.  

Joyce was well-known in the Sleep Industry. She worked for Respironics/Philips for over 25 years and was a respiratory therapist polysomnographic. Joyce was instrumental in the advancement of sleep apnea education. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Aunt. 

Family and friends are welcome for visitation  on Sunday, January 28, 2024, from 2:00 pm  to 4:00 pm and 6:00pm to 8:00 pm at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, PA 15136. (Kennedy Twp.) Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday January 29, 2024 at 10:00 am at Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church.
