JOHN M. HUDSON

John M. Hudson age 71 went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.  Born July 2, 1952, he was the son of Johanna and the late James R. Hudson. John was a graduate of Hopewell High School and Community College of Allegheny County.  He also served in the U.S. Army.  John retired from the Diocese of Pittsburgh after 33 years of service. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Jeanne Hudson, son Justin (Jeanette), and daughter Renee Jozwiak.  His cherished grandchildren, Nathan and Kyle Hudson, Hannah, Julia and Zachary Jozwiak. Sisters, Elizabeth (Larry) Obrosky, Cynthia (Bill) Chilli, brothers Matthew (Eva) and Mark Hudson.  Sister-in-Law, Charlotte Hudson, Terri (Mark) Ulinski, Charlotte Kirkwood, and Mary Ann (Dominic) Cersosimo and several nephews and nieces. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry a sister Mary Katherine and a brother – in – law William Kirkwood. John’s passions were Hunting, Fishing and Gardening.  He loved working with his hands and in his wood working shop.  If it was broke, John could fix it.  He always loved helping people.  John will always be remembered for his great sense of humor. The family would like to extend a Special thanks to the staff and hospice team at AGH that took such great care of him. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Sunday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Anthony M. Musmannno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, (Kennedy Township) Pa 15136. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church.
