Joan Marie (Bundick) Gorsuch

At the age of 79, a long-time Kennedy Township resident passed away in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She has joined her beloved husband the late Richard McConnell Gorsuch. She was the loving mother of Michael (Melissa) Gorsuch, Kari (Tim) Billings, and the late Rick Gorsuch. Her greatest love was being Grandma to Charlie, Miranda, Kyle, Cheyenne, Hunter, Tanner, Alyssa, Jennah, and Amara.

She led her life through her passion for travel and teaching. She traveled the world seeing all 7 continents. She educated and impacted many through her years as a teacher in the Montour School District.

She was loved by many and will be missed by friends and family. Her legacy will live on through all the lives she has touched.

A memorial service and gathering will be held at Black Dog Winery (7425 Steubenville Pike, Oakdale, PA 15071) on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 1 to 4 PM. The services will begin at 1:30. 

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation and educational organizations.
