Jeffrey Paymar Obituary

Jeffrey David Paymar, 76, of New Castle passed away at UPMC Presbyterian on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019. Jeff graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Advertising and Romance Languages. From the university, he joined the Navy as a lieutenant serving during the Vietnam War. He spoke five languages, loved reading and performed magic. Jeff is survived by his wife, Bonnie, of 49 years; two daughters, Tracy Lynn Andrews of New Wilmington and Heather Joy Lake of Simi Valley, California; sister, Lanie Paymar-Sward of Minneapolis, Minn.; and five grandchildren he adored. Jeff will be sadly missed by all who knew him. In Lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Veterans Administration Stars and Stripes Healthcare Network. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, at Victory Christian Center, 269 Cowden Road, New Wilmington, with lunch to follow.
