Janet L. (Baird) Galuschik

Janet L. Galuschik, age 73, of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2026, after a courageous year-long battle with cancer. Born on November 9, 1952, Janet was a beacon of strength, bravery, and resilience throughout her life, and most notably during her recent illness. Known for her boundless kindness and immense generosity, she touched the lives of everyone who knew her. After a long and valiant fight, she was called home to rest, free from pain. Janet’s greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, John Galuschik, and her loving daughters, Lori and Jennifer. She was a proud and adoring grandmother to her six grandchildren: Jacob, Ty, Jonathan, Nia, Trae and Isayah. She also leaves behind a large, extended family and a wide circle of dear friends who will miss her warmth, guidance, and love. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will live on forever in our hearts and cherished memories. Family and friends are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Marys Church on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 10:30 A.M.
