James D. age 90 of Franklin, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 26, 2025. Beloved husband of Lois M. Runninger. Dear Father of Mary Verry, Stepfather of Robin Knight (Steve), Kevin Perry and the late Catherine Fontaine and several grandchildren. Brother of Allan Runninger and Karen Barney (Jackson). Retired as a fireman from the Franklin Fire Department after many years of service. She is survived by Carol Runninger sister-in-law, also survived by two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Was preceded in death by one grandchild. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Any donations can be made to the Sandycreek Township VFD.
