Helen Veronica Vinci (DiVecchio)
Helen Veronica Vinci, 92, passed peacefully on Monday, October 16, 2023 into the waiting arms of her beloved husband Michael and loving sons Martin and Michael, Jr. She had a deep devotion and love for Our Lord and His Blessed Mother, and is finally home resting with them now. Helen was born in 1931 to Pasquale “Patsy”and Desolina “Daisy” DiVecchio, the only girl and youngest of five children…Charles “Chas” and the late Joseph “Joe”, Salvatore “Sam” and Edward “Deutchie”. She loved to dance and was a drum major in the Stowe high school marching band. She meet and married the love of her life, Mike, and became a doting wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt who cherished her family deeply. She is survived by her brokenhearted daughters-in-law Janice (late Martin) Vinci and Donna (late Michael) Vinci. daughters Patricia (Joseph) Zubritzky, Karen (Richard) Stack, Valerie (Dominick) Aveni; and her loving and much loved grandchildren-Gianna Vinci, Rachel and Stefanie Stack, Veronica and Stephen Zubritzky, and Martin and Vincent Aveni. You were her pride and joy. She adored you so and loved every moment spent with you. Also, heart broken by her passing is her loving brother Charles DiVecchio, sister-in-law Isabella Casasanta; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Friday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, (Kennedy Township) Pa 15136. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Marys Church / Archangel Gabriel Parish on Saturday at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
