Frank was a steadfast and reliable friend who made an impact on countless lives. He had an enormous heart and was generous to a fault. Your problems became his problems. His witty sense of humor has us laughing still today. To know him was to love him. It was an honor and a privilege to have been a part of his life. RIP Frank.
