Fiore "Freddy" Bruni

Fiore “Freddy” Bruni, Age 87, of Kennedy Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on January 15, 1939, in San Pietro, Province of Cosenza, Calabria, Italy, Fiore dedicated his life to his family, his friends, and the values they shared. He will be remembered for his kindness, integrity, and the strong work ethic he passed on to his children and grandchildren. Fiore took great pride in his garden, his winemaking, and the tradition of preparing soupressata and sausage—skills he joyfully shared with those around him.

Fiore is survived by his wife of 65 years, Adelina (Abate) Bruni; his sons John (Marybeth), Anthony (Monica), and Ron Bruni; and his grandchildren Anthony, Matthew (Kayla), Allison, Nicholas (Haley), and Frankie. He is also survived by his great‑grandson, David Fiore Bruni. He was preceded in death by his parents, Giovanni and Grazia Bruni, and his sister, Maria DiNicola.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road, Kennedy Township, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 15, at 10 a.m. in the Musmanno Chapel, followed by burial at St. Mark’s Cemetery, Warbler Drive, Kennedy Township, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
