At the age of 78, of Stowe Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Beloved brother of Mario Victor, Jr. Dear son of the late Mario and Florence Victor, Sr. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 01, 2025, at 12:30 pm in St. Malachy Church. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
