On October 10, 2025, after a valiant effort, David Victor DiSanto, age 74, of Stowe Twp.
Beloved husband of Mary (Milanak) for 40 happy years. Loving father of David (Lauren), Kristin, Matthew (Nathalia), and Maria (Patrick) Rolwes. Devoted “Pap-Pap” to Alanna, Giada, Lyla, Joseph, Giulia, Justin, Augustine, Giovanni, Benedict, Kailea and Ignatius. Dear brother of Marlene (John Yurkowski) and Dennis (Nancy); also many loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Romeo and Teresa (Kroboth) DiSanto.
Dave served the Sto-Rox Community for nearly 40 years as an Access driver for Focus on Renewal. He was known for his love of gardening, especially growing varieties of fresh tomatoes and peppers. Dave could often be found volunteering his time at church festivals, making his unique funnel cakes and having fun conversations with fellow parishioners. He was a lifelong advocate for the unborn and was a member of P.C.U.C. (People Concerned for the Unborn Child), as well as the Knights of Columbus. Dave really enjoyed helping to plan the Sto-Rox Class of ’71 Reunions and always liked catching up with old friends. He was a huge fan of all Pittsburgh sports, especially the Steelers and Penguins, and was a true “Yinzer”. David had a deep faith and love of God, his family, and his country. His wonderful sense of humor and cheerfulness will be missed by all, and he will be in our hearts forever." Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, PA 15136. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Marys Church on Thursday at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
