Age 82, of Sewickley, Pa  passed away peacefully on Friday, September 30, 2022. Beloved father of Sean (Michelle) Haines. Dear grandfather of Alexander and Zachary Haines. Loving companion of Barbara Schohn. Brother of the late Curtis, Jimmy, Wayne and Eugene Haines. Uncle of Jason and Bryan Haines. Also survived by several other family members and friends. Daniel flew for US Airways for 27 years and retired in 1995. After his retirement he enjoyed flying his Cessna 310. He was an avid reader of the Bible and he liked to study prophecy. He enjoyed and loved spending time with his grandchildren as well as sharing his love of aviation with them. He always kept up with the latest technology.  Family and Friends are welcome for visitation on Thursday, October 06, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Kennedy Township location of the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks (Kennedy Twp.) Pa 15136. A funeral Service will be conducted in the Musmanno Chapel on Friday at 10:30 am.
