Allen ‘Al’ Edward Geisler, 76, passed away peacefully at home on July 11, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 15, 1950, in Kennedy Township, he was the beloved son of the late Albert E. and Ruth H. (Osman) Geisler.

Al shared 51 wonder years of marriage with his devoted wife, Deborah (Pirro), who was the love of his life and his steadfast partner through every chapter. In addition to Debbie, he is survived by his sister Linda (Michael) Haluszczak, brother Dennis (Kathy), sister Barbara (Tom) Welch, many cherished nieces and nephews, countless dear friends, and his faithful canine companions, Kippy and Ozzy, who brought him great joy.

A 1968 graduate of Montour High School, Al was the proud owner of Al Geisler & Sons Trucking Company, a family business founded by his father in 1947. Following his father’s passing in 1983, Al continued the business growing the company through his vision, hard work and commitment.

Al’s greatest passion was his love of antique and classic Ford automobiles. He took immense pride in his collection, especially his beautifully restored 1963 Mercury Parklane Marauder, a labor of love that reflected his remarkable craftmanship and attention to detail. He worked tirelessly over the years to transform his property into a beautiful gathering place and showcase his treasured cars.

For the past 10 summers, Al and Debbie welcomed friends and fellow enthusiasts to their annual car cruise, which grew into one of the area’s most anticipated events, drawing well over 150 vehicles each year. His generosity, enthusiasm, and love for the hobby created lasting memories for everyone who attended. Within the collector car community, Al was admired for his knowledge, willingness to help others, and unwavering passion for Ford automobiles. As those who knew him would often say, Al truly ‘bled Ford Blue.’

When he was not working on his cars or going to car cruises, Al enjoyed watching NASCAR and could always be found cheering for a Ford driver to take the checkered flag.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Bridges Hospice for their compassionate care, comfort, and support they provided Al and his loved ones during his final days.

Al will be remembered for his generous heart, quiet strength, and friendship he built through his life. His kindness, knowledge, and love for family, friends, and the collector car community leave a legacy that will endure for years to come. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at ANTHONY M. MUSMANNO FUNERAL HOME, INC. 412-504-2000, 941 McCoy Road, Kennedy Township, PA 15136.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Musmanno Chapel. Interment will be held privately immediately following the service for family and invited friends.
