Albert A. “Pap”

Age 96, a longtime Kennedy Township resident and retired Colonel of the 112th Tactical Fighter Group, Pittsburgh, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday morning January 24, 2021 with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Eleanor (Caputo) Palermo of 72 years. Devoted father of Lewis “Ken” (Peg) Palermo and Cheryl (Greg) Pealer. Special “Pap” to Kelly (Todd) Luke, Michael (Shannon Semit) Palermo, Tara (Wayne) Davin and Jennifer (David Bailey) Pealer. Adoring great-grandfather of Daniel, Emma, Bryce, Kenna, Lilly, Eliana and Brayden. Brother of the late Alfred, Hugo, Ralph, John, George, Frank and his sister Jean. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Family and Friends are welcome for visitation at the Kennedy Township location of the Anthony M. Musmanno Funeral Home, Inc. 941 McCoy Road McKees Rocks, PA 15136 (Kennedy Township) on Wednesday Jan. 27, 2021 2-4 and  6-8. A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 am in the Musmanno Chapel. Interment will follow with military honors at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to St. Jude, the American Heart Association or AHS Hospice. Please view the families online guestbook www.musmannofh.com
