John Armstrong, Sc.D. Obituary

Age 90, passed away on March 3, 2018. Graduated from Oxford University, served in the Royal Navy, became a USA citizen in 1969. He also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health in 1967. Dr. Armstrong enjoyed his retirement as a Master Gardener, volunteering at Phipps Conservatory. Dr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey Armstrong. He is survived by his daughter, Alexandra Armstrong (Scott Steven Prontiker); son, Justin Allan Bridges (Beth) Armstrong; and grandson, Brian Michael Armstrong. Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Details will be on Facebook.
