Helen E. (Hayden)

Born on October 8, 1928, passed into God’s arms on Monday, November 5, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.  Helen was the dedicated wife of the late Frank G. Leto; Mommy to six; Baba to 19; and Big Baba to eight.  Helen understood what truly mattered in life and lived everyday giving all of herself to two things… worshiping God and loving her family.  Helen leaves a beautiful legacy and a family that will cherish every moment of life they shared with her including her children, Nancy Melynchek, Ben (Karen) Leto, the late Frank Bunny (Mary Ellen) Leto, Jeff (Yvette) Leto, Michele (Frankie) Follen and Monique (Jimmy) Leto; also her many grandchildren that were Baba’s heart and joy, including  Melissa (Kirk) Kronk, Nicky Melynchek, Ben (Kelly) Leto, Jr., Monique (Robert) Polas, Jr., Christina (Thomas Bost)  Bencho, Michelle (Andrew) Whalen, Jeff (Alicia) Leto, Sal Leto, Mark Follen, Mattie Follen, Julian (Jess) Leto, and Jackie Leto; and finally her diamonds, Big Baba’s great-grandchildren, including Lauren and Collin Kronk, Monique III and Brielle Polas, Olivia and Emmerson Leto, and Dylan and Victoria Whalen.  Family and friends will be received Thursday, November 8, from 2 to 8 p.m. at ANTHONY M. MUSMANNO FUNERAL HOME, 700 7th Street, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, (412) 331-0900.  Services will be held Friday beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 343 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108.  Please view and sign the family’s online guestbook at:
